| Wi-Fi Now Available John has been busy this weekend, he may not be any good in the kitchen except for emptying the garbage, but he does have his uses. He has managed to russell up a few bits and pieces from the shed and knocked together a Wi-Fi service for all of our Texas mates to enjoy with a coffee and a feed. |
| Now Accepting All Major Credit & Debit Cards For those of you that were lucky enough to be there on the first day to witness John struggling with the cash register, you will be pleased to know that, we all know more or less how to use the thing now. One of our customers even got the right change yesterday. And we have even learned how to use our credit card machine, and sometimes we can even smile while we are processing your payments. |

| All food & Products are Gluten Free We don't make a huge fuss about this, and it really doesn't matter one bit for most people, but for some of our customers it is vital. We don't sell anything that is not free of gluten. In fact we don't allow any gluten or gluten products in our kitchen whatsoever. Rita produces most everything in our kitchen from scratch, from whole quality ingredients. We go to a lot of trouble to make sure that you get the best gluten free food that can be made. So for those of you that it matters to, you can rest easy, pick whatever you like from the menu and know that you won't have to pay an awful price. |
| Thomas Tom has long earned a place on our website. He very quickly made himself an indispensible part of the team at the Little Aussie. Tom knows everything that there is to know about local etiquette and protocol. He helps us to relate to "all you all" so mucn better than we did before he came along. Rita & John
Rita & John, both registered nurses,
from Australia, having arrived in San
Antonio late in 2003. Both Rita and
John discovered years ago that they did
a lot better healthwise without gluten.
Discovering at the same time that living
with out gluten was not necessarily
pretty. The Little Aussie Bakery & Cafe
addressed that deficit. We now have as
many choices in eating as our friends
that don't have issues with gluten.

| Crystal Crystal is from Houston, and is in San Antonio, going to college, and of course working for us, not necessarily in that order. Crystal has been with us from very shortly after we opened, and she has become one of our core staff. She can throw her hand into just about anything we do, and make a fair fist of it., while taking care of 3 tables and cleaning out the Fridge at the same time. We have grown to Love Crystal over the last year or so, and I think you will too. |
| Beth Beth is the third accent, and she has a knack for decorating stuff, be careful if you sit still for too long , you might leave looking a little more festive than when you first arrived. Beth has been travelling in Europe for nearly a year, and we are glad to have her back. |
| Brittany Brittany has been with us for quite some months now and has become one of our core staff. Ask Brittany how she is, and she is always at least "amazing." I would be very surprised if you weren't at least amazing too by the time Brittany has finished looking after you. |
