Some of you will remember tasting the pizza bases at the opening, Rita just heated them up and then drizzeled them in garlic soaked olive oil. Aussie Pavlova starts at $ 50.00 This is a "fair dinkum" Aussie dessert treat extravaganza. It was invented to honor the visit of a great Russian balerina whose name this treat glorifies.
