The Best Gluten Free Bread on the Planet!


That is a pretty outrageous claim, and we admit that we were conflicted about putting such a claim on our website for some time. Don't get us wrong, we absolutely know that this is the truth. We kept asking ourselves and each other, has anyone voted you the best Gluten Free anything? And the answer is no. Have you won any awards? And again the answer is no. So what do you have that would support such a claim. Let us tell you.
  • We have customers so overcome when they first taste our bread that they are either speechless or tears will run down their cheeks or both.

  • We have customers who come across town to buy our bread, and they don't have gluten issues. Now there is "a biggy" right there. Rita and I have eaten gluten free in many countries, and never before have we come across a person who eats gluten free bread unless they have to, even if it's free.

  • Our bread is made from a lean dough. That means it has a minimum of ingredients. It is simple. So if you have complicating food issues, which many people with gluten issues have, you are still going to be able to enjoy it. We have eliminated all the major allergens. Our breads as well as being gluten free, are completely free of dairy, soy, beans, nuts, egg and corn.

  • Our bread while being completely different to any conventional bread out there, has a lite fluffy texture, slices well, freezes well, maintains its freshness, and ships very well. This is definitely not a deprivation product.

  • There is nothing about this bread that is "not bad for gluten free." It is just plain straight great bread.

  • Our bread ships all over the United States to customers who have other local resources, but would rather pay for the shipping, and deal with the delay than to utilize their immediately available local resources.

  • This bread is not made for people with problems, by people without those problems who don't have to and never would eat their own product.

  • This bread is eaten and enjoyed every day by all of us at the bakery, and it was made specifically on the premise that it would be no compromise to eat this bread. Most of our staff don't have gluten issues and they eat and enjoy our bread every day.

  • Our bread has a very low glycemic index because of the guar gum and the large amount of flax seed that go to make it up. That means it is great for diabetics, it is a carbohydrate that is not going to cause a spike in their blood sugar level.

  • We only use olive oil and or sunflower oil to produce our bread, and these are among the most healthful oils available on the market in cost effective quantities.

We challenge anyone out there to show me a better gluten free bread, we will buy you a month's supply of it, and we will be eating it ourselves.
