Why is F1 not in Macau?

the Guia Circuit isn’t suitable for F1, which is a shame. The first reason is Lisboa corner. F1 rules say the first corner has to either retain it’s width throughout, or else widen as it goes through. Lisboa goes from 4 or 5 lanes on entry to 2 on exit.
