Why was V fest Cancelled?
According to EssexLive, the event, which was a replacement for V Festival, has been cancelled this year due to Chelmsford City Council losing approximately £500,000 in expected revenue. Festival Republic, who run the festival, have postponed the event held in Hylands Park, Chelmsford.
