So to let everyone know if you want to continue to use Parcel2Go and you get a surcharge either pay it or ship with someone else, I would have expected the surcharge to have been placed on hold until it had been investigated allowing me to continue to post through Parcel2Go.
How long does Parcel2Go take to respond to a complaint?
Complained via Resolver and advised that Parcel2go would respond within 24 hours on 09/01/22. Parcel2go still not responded on 13/01/22, late again. obviously not able to meet any dates or times they state. Must be getting too many complaints.
