Does the MBE repeat questions?
The NCBE doesn’t reuse old MBE questions, so there’s no use in trying to rely on seeing repeat questions on your bar exam. Instead, focus on taking more time to study highly tested topics and practicing using old MBE questions.
How many practice MBE questions should I do?
As a rough guide, students should do well over 2,000 practice MBE questions (roughly 33 per day for the entirety of their bar review period), as many practice essays as possible (actually written out and compared to a sample answer) and 10 practice performance tests (if applicable).
